Last night I hosted my first dinner party here in apartment 25. I was tons of fun to have some great friends over to eat some great food. It was my first attempt at cooking Indian food without my dad's help, and I think I pulled it off quite nicely. I followed a recipe of Jamie Oliver's with some minor adjustments. The recipe can be found here: http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/beef-recipes/steak-indian-style-spinach-amp-paneer-sa
A few pictures of the evening
Yay for friends and food and parties with cooking. Your mom and I had a few of those back in the day. Good job. Food looks delish.

Your mom put up a link on fb, and i am so glad she did. I just spent some time reading through your posts. What an absolutely wonderful experience you are having! I must admit to being a tad jealous. :-) You got to see Scotland! I read every.single. George McDonald book when I was young and Scotland is on my bucket list. So happy for this exciting time in your life. Soak it up and enjoy. ~Mrs. Laramay
